We gave children their very own place on the E-Quarium, the Kids' E-Q. It's
a cool place to become an on-line ocean explorer. It is full of awesome
clubs, activities, games and online adventures. Families will be able to get
involved together in a variety of ocean learning experiences. The kids' area
is a part of the larger Learning Center where teachers, parents and
grandparents can get ideas on how to spark children's interest in marine
science and conservation. In the future, teachers will be able to develop
ocean-based lesson plans and find classroom resources developed by educators
at the aquarium.
The E-Quarium Kids' Guide is a quick way for kids to dive into marine
habitats like Rocky Shores and Open Waters. This guide has content, links to
online activities, and provides a strong connection to the aquarium.
