We collaborated with an interdisciplinary team, which included users, to design and prototype software for performance support, remote learning and just-in-time training. We worked closely with three industry partners: an airline, a bank and a hotel chain. After multiple iterations of both hardware and software, we delivered custom solutions for each group based on a common operating system design.
